If covered by the warranty, the fault will be repaired in line with the manufacturer’s warranty terms. In the case that no repair is possible, we will replace the item at no cost to you or give you a store credit to the value of your item. Warranties do not cover wear and tear or misuse.

Small imperfections depend on the handcrafted production, such as colour and light variations are naturally related to tanning - this is not a fault but a value.
