 I am very impressed with both the delivery and the product. Despite leaving my Christmas shopping till the last minute, I received the bag with ample time to wrap it and get it under the tree! Being able to track the order on the Shop app was great too!

Lizandez is run by a beautiful couple who truly care for their customers. The bags themselves are second to none in the quality of leather they possess. The bags at a first glance look immensely aesthetically pleasing and in-fact the quality can be noted even before you touch it. However, once you touch it...they're the finest leather handbags I have ever felt. These bags are worth every dollar. What's also great about Lizandez is the dynamic range they have and the choice of colours in each type! Definitely an item you want to own.

I had first spoken to Lisa on the phone and she was so helpful and generous with her time. When we discussed delivery, it was suggested that I might not receive the bag as soon as I hoped, due to Christmas/Covid-19 postal delays.
Following our call, I bought the handbag and purse, online (the online experience was great too).
Lisa must have heard and remembered my quiet wish, to receive it today, and had done her darnedest to get it to me this week. It arrived today!

I’m very happy with my purchase from Lizandez. I purchased a beautiful leather doctors bag for my fiancées 40th birthday and due to the covid pandemic, I was sure it would take much longer to arrive. I came upon this company while trying to purchase direct from Tuscany Leather, Florence, Italy. Each time I entered my credit card details the transaction just stopped. This happened 5 times. I was getting desperate so started searching the internet and came upon Lizandez, who are in Victoria, and rang them and left a message. It was promptly answered by Andrew and he had the bag I wanted. It arrived at my home on Friday 25th January. I was able to track it with DHL. The bag is amazing and so is Lizandez - I will recommend them to my friends and family.

AFFORDABLE, FAST DELIVERY

I ordered the black bag then was thinking of getting a red one too but wasn’t sure so I left a message to ask them if the colour is purely red and they responded very fast even I think it was on the weekend.
