If covered by the warranty, the fault will be repaired in line with the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Small imperfections depend on the handcrafted production, such as colour and light variations are naturally related to tanning - this is not a fault but a value. Freight companies charge a base rate on the first item, every item after this going to the same address is only charged at a basic kilo rate.
