Our Guarantee

The Lizandez Leather Quality Guarantee

At Lizandez we want to ensure our customers have a pleasurable shopping experience. All our products are quality checked prior to despatch to ensure our customer’s receive the best value.

All manufacturing faults are backed by the manufacturer. Fault claims will be assessed by the manufacturer on its merits. If covered by the warranty, the fault will be repaired in line with the manufacturer’s warranty terms. In the case that no repair is possible, we will replace the item at no cost to you or give you a store credit to the value of your item. Warranties do not cover wear and tear or misuse.

Each item is quality crafted and undergoes careful quality controls. Small imperfections depend on the handcrafted production, such as colour and light variations are naturally related to tanning - this is not a fault but a value.
