Customers are responsible for ensuring they have suitable software, equipment and printing facilities to open, view or print the stated file format. Printed colours may vary slightly from the colours displayed on a screen because of differences between monitors, printers, paper and printer settings.
If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your digital purchase, please contact Lizandez with your order details. We will assist you and, where appropriate, provide a replacement download link or replacement file.
If a digital product is corrupted, cannot be accessed using suitable software, is materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, Lizandez will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include correcting or replacing the file, providing a new download or issuing a refund.
