ENGRAVING

Yes for some of our products you can personalise your purchase.  You have the option to laser engrave your product with text.

When you have selected your colour choice, click on the ‘Engraving Tab’.  1. Click in the square box so a tick appears to select engraving as an option. 2. Type your text that you want engraved – the system will automatically deducted the number of characters as you type from the maximum number allowed. 3. Then select your preferred font – there are six different fonts to choose from.

If you have followed this process correctly you will see the engraving additional option with the price, the text & the font type you have chosen, through the checkout process. Most common mistake people make is to forget to ensure the square check box has a tick in it. Option 1. Need help please feel free to contact for assistance.

DIMENSIONS

All handbag and luggage dimensions are displayed in centimeters (height, width, depth) and approximate weight in kg.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?

Depending on your location and the type of goods you have purchased, Lizandez will dispatch your goods with an appropriate carrier to ensure the best service is selected.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?

Yes we do ship internationally, although not every country in world, but the vast majority. To see if your country is listed for purchases please view the drop down list at the start of the check out process.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

A Return Authorisation Number (RAN) is required for all returns. This will be assessed on the merits of each claim.

You may be entitled to a credit, provided you return the item to us within 14 days of your order being dispatched.

However, products that have been personalized or purchased for corporate orders can not be returned.

The item must be returned to us in brand new condition, with the packaging and item being exactly as it was when you received it.  All Products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that was shipped with the Product.

If the returned item is in a noticeably used condition, then a credit may not be offered.

Return postage will be at your expense.

However, in the unlikely event your purchase has a manufacturing fault, we will gladly replace the item at no cost to you or give you a store credit to the total value of your purchase if the item cannot be replaced.

Each item is quality crafted and undergoes careful quality controls. Small imperfections depend on the handcrafted production, such as colour and light variations are naturally related to tanning – this is not a fault but a value. This is an industry standard and a natural process when dealing with genuine products and genuine leather.
