Our Guarantee
The Lizandez Leather Quality Guarantee
At Lizandez we want to ensure our customers have a pleasurable shopping experience. All our products are quality checked prior to despatch to ensure our customer’s receive the best value.
All manufacturing faults are backed by the manufacturer. Fault claims will be assessed by the manufacturer on its merits. If covered by the warranty, the fault will be repaired in line with the manufacturer’s warranty terms. In the case that no repair is possible, we will replace the item at no cost to you or give you a store credit to the value of your item. Warranties do not cover wear and tear or misuse.
Each item is quality crafted and undergoes careful quality controls. Small imperfections depend on the handcrafted production, such as colour and light variations are naturally related to tanning - this is not a fault but a value. This is an industry standard and a natural process when dealing with genuine products and genuine leather.

Save More When You Buy More
When purchasing multiple items, you can save significantly on shipping costs. Freight carriers typically charge a higher base rate for the first item, with additional items sent to the same address attracting only a minimal additional weight-based charge. In many cases, this can reduce the shipping cost of extra items, making it an ideal opportunity to combine your purchases into a single order.
Delivery Options
Choose the delivery service that best suits your needs:
- Standard Shipping with Tracking - Our most economical delivery option with full parcel tracking.
- Express Shipping with Tracking - Upgrade to Express Shipping for faster delivery. Express orders are also prioritised for dispatch to help get your order on its way sooner.
Estimated Delivery Times
The delivery estimates below include weekends but exclude public holidays. Timeframes begin once the freight carrier has taken possession of your parcel-not from the date your order is placed.
Order processing, preparation and personalisation are additional to the delivery estimates shown. However, when you choose Express Shipping, your order moves to the front of the queue and, in the vast majority of cases, is dispatched without additional delay. This means your order leaves sooner and travels by an express delivery service, helping it reach you more quickly.
